Our Non-Alcoholic Berlin Calling Recipe. This is a drink that has been one of the standout performers on our rooftop spritz menu, and so we thought we'd adapt it ever so slightly and serve it out as the alcohol-free welcome drink for our range of award-winning cocktail making masterclasses.

We swapped out the alcohol in this recipe for Lyre's Italian aperitif, which has been impossibly crafted to capture the essence of a classic Italian Spritz such as Aperol. Lyre's rich and complex Italian Spritz is paired nicely with a glug of White Peach Jasmine Soda, all finished off with a grapefruit slice for fragrance.

INGREDIENTS:
🇮🇹 40ml Lyre's Italian Spritz.
🍑 Top with White Peach Jasmine Soda.
🟠 1 Grapefruit for garnish.

BERLIN CALLING COCKTAIL TRIVIA:
Lyre's unique aperitif has been impossibly crafted to capture the essence of a classic Italian Spritz such as Aperol with flavours that are distinct and contemporary. Lyre's spirits don't just mimic, they have their own distinction as a premium, non-alcoholic beverage

METHOD:
1) Get yourself a highball glass, or a similar tall glass with a decent capacity
2) Using your jigger to measure, pour 40ml of Lyre's Italian Spritz directly into your glass
3) Fill the glass to the brim with cubed ice and fill the rest of the way with your White Peach Jasmin Soda
4) Cut a thin wedge of grapefruit and place at the top for your garnish
5) Serve and enjoy!
