Starting a New Car-Free City on an Island – Nicolet Bay 16

Hello and welcome back to Nicolet Bay! In today's episode, something VERY unexpected happens - the state decides to sell Marquette Island. Ben Begay and Russ Kowalski step up to the plate to make the purchase and develop something unique not just to Superior, but to North America - a car-free island. We'll create a Ferry system to connect to the island and create all of the needed infrastructure to get the island running including utilities and a cargo airport. Best of all, we're using the Pedestrians and Promenades DLC to pedestrianize the entire build. This is a BIG one - enjoy!
