Dr. Cassileth removed a ruptured and textured breast implant from this patient, and....well, watch the video to see what happened!
Many textured implants were recalled after they were found to be linked to a rare type of cancer called anapestic large-cell lymphoma. Because of the ruptured implant and seroma, the entire capsule was also removed. This patient feels so much better now that they’re out!
