Update 2023: If your milestone reward pins are not in your room, then wait in line at Guest Services to remind them to pass them along to you. Yes, you can get more than 1 pin if you progressed more than 1 tier (like you went from Classic Tier to Gold before you boarded your current cruise).

I doubt MSC mails milestone reward pins to passengers, but notify me if they do.
