Enabling businesswomen from across Africa to develop their management and leadership skills is the goal of the African Women Entrepreneurship Cooperative, a program created by the Center for Global Enterprise (CGE).
Headed by Karen Sippel, the Cooperative aspires to create a community of female innovators who will lead Africa into the next century. “Let your passion guide you and don’t back down when it seems hard or even impossible”, is Karen’s advice to women and girls with aspirations to pursue careers in science, technology and business.
