Have you already heard of Andorra? This tiny landlocked state located in the Pyrenees between France and Spain is a diarchy governed by the bishop of Urgell and the president of France.

Its population (80,000 inhabitants) does not elect its governor: the bishop of Urgell is elected by the Catholic Church and the French president by the French.

It's the only country in the world, whose only official language is Catalan.

Its economy is based on tourism (the country has several ski resorts) and it's also a shopping paradise, due to the low tax politic. Several YouTubers from Spain and France set their fiscal residence in Andorra to skip the high-income taxes of their countries.
