On 21 August 2019, Microsoft unveils KB4512941 cumulative update for Windows 10 19H1 users which updates the existing OS to build 18362.325. This is a non-security patch released for the Insiders in the Release Preview ring to fix the other issues.
While Microsoft has not made the release notes available so far, one can expect mostly fixes. There is also a new servicing stack update KB4515530 also available for Release Preview ring. I'll let you know when an official changelog will be available.
This update brings just some bug fixes, but it looks like the Windows Sandbox issue has been resolved in this release. There are no new features, though.
KNOWN ISSUES:
SYMPTOM: Anyone who has not changed the search settings will certainly not have this error: The search (Cortana) can cause a high CPU load. This can happen when you make a change to Cortana. This should be undone. According to a comment, the load will settle after some time, when the search index has gone through. Also, a conversion of the region from German to German (Austria) helps.
WORKAROUND: This Regkey can fix the error. As long as no further changes have been made.
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

"AllowCortana" = dword: 00000000
"BingSearchEnabled" = dword: 00000000
