Since the Global Financial Crisis, now over 10 years ago, banks' risk management practices have significantly changed. In this video, Jean-Jacques van Helten analyses these changes, discussing on one side the role of bankers, and on the other that of regulators and supervisors, in the EU and globally. Finally, he also looks at the future evolution of risk management, in the light of new emerging challenges in the financial sector.
Speaker: Jean Jacques van Helten (Visiting Fellow at the Florence School of Banking, Robert Schuman Centre for Advanced Studies, European University Institute)
