The Lord Mayor of Kampala Erias Lukwago and his team of the City Executive Committee want parliament to summon the former executive director of KCCA Jennifer Musisi and the former director Legal Charles Ouma over the said swindled money amounting to one hundred billion shillings which was meant o used on KCCA several projects.
This come as a result after a report produced by the capital city Public Accounts Committee showing how the authority lost a huge sum of money.
