Apologies for janky camera, just encountered a bug i've never seen before where changing the cam_speed value to 0.3 (which is default and what I use when encoding TASes) completely broke the movie and there was no real way for me to fix it but to use the lowest cam_speed value I could (which is 0.9 in this run, not very low I know).
