Andhra Pradesh government approved a scheme in the name of 'EBC Nestham' under which it would grant Rs 15,000 each to economically-backward women among upper castes.
EBC Nestham would be included in the Budget for
2021-22 financial year for granting Rs 15,000 per annum for a period of three
years to "financially empower economically-
backward women," an official note said.
