If you would like to consider camping at the Parker Creek Camping and Recreation Area on Lake Greeson, here is a video you can watch so you can decide for yourself. It is just 14 Miles North of Southwest Arkansas' Crater of Diamonds State Park. With modern restrooms and showers this camping area offers lakeside camping, fishing, and boating. There is a public boat ramp you can use to launch and load your boat. This is also the area where you can hike to the now abandoned, World War Two Era cinnabar mines. To access this area take Highway 19 out of Murfreesboro. When you reach Narrows Dam, turn left and follow the signs up the hill to the Parker Creek Camping and Recreation Area.
