Here are 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿 🫚 and why I love using it in cooking and in beverages:

Here’s how I use ginger in my diet:
I wash it thoroughly and slice it thin. Then I add it to a 𝗽𝗼𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘄𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝗶𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗶𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿 for at least 40 minutes, covered. ♨️
I then take the ginger juice and add it to 𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿, 𝘀𝗺𝗼𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗿 𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗽𝘀. It’s so healing and delicious! 🍵
