Christmas came early for a 71-year-old grandmother from Lower Gcobonco Village outside Ngcobo in the Eastern Cape when she received the gift of a house.
The house was handed over to Nophindile Joji by the Chippa Mpengesi Foundation.
Joji's house collapsed during torrential rains last year.
