It is important to identify Leaf Spot and other fungal diseases on your tomato as soon as possible. Remove the infect leaves and some surrounding leaves. Stake and prune the tomato and spray it with a fungicide like baking soda spray. Continue the spray weekly for several weeks. Always test spray before you use and garden sprays on your plants.
