Steps to Redeem a Gift Card on PS5 Pro
Go to PlayStation Store
On the PS5 Home Screen, navigate to the PlayStation Store icon and select it.
Open the "Redeem Codes" Section
In the PlayStation Store, scroll down to the bottom of the left sidebar.
Select Redeem Codes (this may also appear as Use Code).
Enter the Code
You’ll be prompted to enter the 12-character code from the gift card.
Use the on-screen keyboard to type the code exactly as it appears on the gift card (don’t include spaces).
Confirm the Redemption
After entering the code, select Confirm.
