To make our famous on and only XO Collins, muddle raspberries with sugar syrup in the base of a cocktail shaker. Add all the remaining ingredients and then shake and strain over ice into an ice-filled tall highball glass. Top with soda, garnish with more raspberries and enjoy!
INGREDIENTS:
• 60ml St. Agnes XO Brandy
• 15ml fresh Lemon Juice
• 15ml Sugar Syrup
• 5pcs fresh Raspberries
• Soda Water to the top of the glass
• Ice
