There are four skulltulas in the market area. You get three of them as a child and one as an adult.

#1 Immediately after entering from Hyrule field is a door leading to a storage room with pots and boxes. Break the box on the right at the back of the room.
#2 As soon as you enter the Castle Grounds roll into the tree and knock down the skulltula.
#3 Pass the guards on the Castle Grounds and jump into the moat. At the point where the moat turns the corner, climb out and stand next to the tree nearby. Play the Song of Storms to open a secret grotto and blow up the wall to the left to find the skulltula.
This skulltula can be exploited to get any number of tokens (see below).
#4 At Ganon's Castle there is the remnants of the original castle gate. On the back of it is the skulltula.

When you have a Gold Skulltula mark next to the place name on the map screen then you have them all in that area.
