Fort Ruigenhoek is located under the smoke of Utrecht Overvecht, in Groenekan, The Netherlands. The fort was formerly part of the new Dutch waterline, and in 1997 Staatsbosbeheer became the owner of the fort. it is located in the Noorderpark.The fort can also be visited for the art festival Tweetakt.
