Midface balancing and support with HA filler

This beautiful patient had a divot in her cheeks when she smiled that was very bothersome to her and she wanted more anterior cheek fullness. She also wanted to address her nasolabial fold but wanted minimal lateral cheek volumization.

I start by adding a little volume over her point of maximal light reflection and then over her zygoma. I then used a 25G, 1.5" cannula to provide anterior cheek volumization and to address her tear trough and her nasolabial fold -- an approach that allows her to look good very quickly with minimal bruising and swelling.

The treatment balances her midface and lifts her lower face creating a beautiful tapering effect.

I like high G’ products for the cheeks. Lateral cheeks can use Voluma, Lyft, or even Volux and Radiesse depending on what your trying to do. Anterior cheeks can use Contour or Voluma. Tear troughs I like Restylane-L or Volbella or belotero. Nasolabial fold it depends on the depth of the fold but Defyne, Vollure, Refyne or Volbella are all possibilities.

In this case I used Lyft on the lateral cheeks with needle, Contour in the anterior cheek with cannula, Restylane L in the tear trough, and Defyne in the NLF.
