Learn how to make your own DIY rustic looking American flag from a wood pallet. Start to build a wooden flag by cleaning and prepping your pallet for paint. Once sanded, apply a primer to the wooden pallet. We then taped off areas for the blue and red stripes. After we painted the stripes, we then used a star template and spray painted white stars onto the blue stripes. The most important part is then taking sand paper and roughing up the pallet flag. The last step is then applying a stain over the painted distressed pallet. #wetandforget
