1/3 cup oil or your choice
puree
about 1/4 of an onion
3 cloves garlic
1 stalk scallion
2 stalks thyme
small piece of red and green bell peppers
1/4 cup tomato paste
1 tbsp chili paste
1/2 cup water
blend into a puree
1 stick melted butter/ 1/2 cup
2 cups long grain basmati rice
2 1/2 cups chicken broth
1 tsp mushroom seasoning
1 tsp complete seasoning
1 tsp chicken bouillon
1 tsp seasoned salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
