The fossil findings from Alit-Yam aged over 9000 years ago by Dr. Helen and Dr. Mark on a corpse indicate that tuberculosis has invaded humans and is a special pathogen to attack humans. Tuberculosis has killed up to 1 billion lives over 200 years, more than any deadly infectious disease combined. Scientists have tried to reduce this increasing number in various ways, but there are many challenges that need to be faced. We can take an active role by preventing the spread of TB.
