Tier VIII is where the American heavy cruiser line really comes into its own. You don't have access to Repair Party yet, but you do get Surveillance Radar and - at last! - an AA suite that is the envy of nearly all other heavy cruisers in the tier. Baltimore is the complete package; I can't extoll the virtues of this ship enough. In this video I'll talk about how I build my Baltimore, why I fit her out that way, how I recommend playing her, and follow all of that up with a game demonstrating the ship in action.
