One Pan High-protein Brownie Baked Oats (gluten-free, dairy-free & no bananas)🤩 These baked oats are great for meal prep! They take less than 10 minutes to prep and the best part is they are made in one pan, so you mix all the ingredients together in the dish where you also bake it😍

This makes 4-5 servings

Ingredients:
4 eggs
2 tablespoons maple syrup
2 cups gluten-free oats or buckwheat flakes (480 ml)
1/2 cup, 2 scoops (vegan) chocolate protein powder (120 ml)
3 tablespoons unsweetened cacao powder
1 tablespoon baking powder
2 1/2 cups almond milk or milk of choice(600 ml)
optional: 2 tablespoons dark chocolate chips/chunks

1. Mix all the ingredients together (except the chocolate chips)
2. Add the chocolate chips on top
3. Bake at 180 Celsius degrees / 350 in Fahrenheit for about 35-40 minutes
4. Cut into pieces, serve with some Greek yogurt & berries and enjoy!
5. Store in an air tight container in the fridge!
