In this video I demonstrate how to build an amortization schedule in Microsoft Excel. An amortization schedule displays principle and interest payments for each month over the term of a loan.
The schedule is fully dynamic in that it expands and contracts to display the correct number of rows for loan's tenure.
The functions used in this video are SEQUENCE, OFFSET, IPMT, PPMT, SUBTOTAL and IF.
