Banana gulgula or Indian doughnut is very simple and quick to make. The outcome of gulgula is tasty and delicious and will be adored by young and old. I have used mashed ripe bananas and mixed with flour, baking powder, sugar, cardamom powder, milk and water to make a smooth batter. Fry gulgula over low heat until golden brown.
