Navajo Historian, Wally Brown, teaches about corn. Corn is sacred to the Diné and was a staple used in most meals. There were many different ways to prepare the corn. Wally discusses a few of these including the favorite among Diné, Kneel Down Bread. This delicious staple is prepared in the ground.
