Ingredients
3 Cucumber's
1 Medium purple/ red onion
4 Tomatillos or 3 tomatoes (best with tomatillo)
Juice of 3 key limes
1 Serrano or Jalapeño
5 chiltepines or chiles de árbol
1/4 cup water
Half bunch of cilantro
1/2 Tbsp salt
Chips (taste best with Doritos)
Oprtional 1/2 tsp black pepper
*For enhanced flavor palates use 1 Tbsp magi seasoning sauce

Tacos
Flour or corn tortillas
Carne asada
Rated corn + Cucumber salsa
Cotija cheese
