HOW TO GRILL BEEF SHORT RIBS
The night before you plan on cooking, use about a tbsp of kosher salt per pound of meat for a dry brine. This will help flavor and lock in some juices when you grill later on.
When it's time to cook, fire up your gas or charcoal grill for medium high heat. While you're waiting for the grill to warm up, take your short ribs and remove the bone from each cut. This is a good time to add whatever rub or seasoning you would like.
Sear the short ribs, flipping every few minutes until the ribs reach an internal temp of 130 degrees. Remove from the grill and let rest for 5 - 10 minutes. Slice against the grain and serve. Enjoy!
