The beauty of following a program is that you can make it work for YOU! Move around your rest days, swap out a workout for a walk or run – whatever it takes to make it work!
Here’s a preview of the plan we’re following this week:
MONDAY: Leg Day
TUESDAY: Upper Body (Chest, Shoulders, Triceps)
WEDNESDAY: Rest Day OR Optional Yoga Sculpt
THURSDAY: Lower Body
FRIDAY: Back and Abs
SATURDAY: Full Body
SUNDAY: Rest Day
