If you have multiple users on a Windows computer and do not want them to have local admin rights yet need them to be able to run specific programs or apps as an administrator, it's easy to do using a free app called RunAs Tool by Sordum. All you need to do is choose the program you want the standard user to be able to run as an admin and place a special shortcut on their desktop. Then they will only be able to use that shortcut to run the program as an admin.
