Farmers Protest: Villagers living near Delhi's Singhu border say they have no issues with the farmers' agitation but internet shutdowns and police barricading have made life very difficult for them. The Centre on January 30 placed a temporary suspension on internet services in Delhi's Singhu, Ghazipur, and Tikri borders and their adjoining areas to "maintain public safety and avert public emergency".
