Figuring out the problem that pump would keep running.
Looks like a block on the bottom of the pump would not let the switch float/membrane drop down.
nasty....but fixed... Great product very happy with it for last 7 years. Esp, since my basement bathroom is about 1.5 feet under main stack to run out to sewer. Was able to make an extra bathroom to code! Full jetted tub, sink, and commode.
