Over the past few days, I've been trying to figure out how to connect the MI Home App and the MI robot vacuum. I've gone back and forth with GearBest with this and I've figured out what I missed when setting up the app.

As it turned out it was a simple setup mistake on my part, instead of choosing "Mainland China" in the setup, I instead selected "Singapore" so I wasn't able to access the whole feature set.
In the latter part of the video, I try to start the robot and stop the robot using the app. I've tested this while I'm out of the house and it worked, it isn't as responsive as I'd like it to be but it is a good start.
Hopefully, future updates will bring in more speed and perhaps an English version.
