The glitch happened because once you picked up the PX41 Serum and ended right before the character used the slide. The game somehow allowed player to use costume abilities even though some power ups are locked in the slide and cannot be activated. Moon power up is one of the power up. Therefore, this happened and no power up could be replaced even though the character picked up manually.
