This is a recording of the complete Op.168-60 Lessons for Two Guitars by the 19th century violinist and composer Joseph Küffner.
They are delightful little duets and are wonderful examples of light 19th chamber music. Guitar part one is played on an Antonio Marin Montero with D'Addario EJ51 strings while guitar part two is played on a 1974 Garcia with EJ45 D'Addario strings. They are great introductory duets for emerging classical guitarists and just fun and interesting pieces in general. If you love 19th century guitar music these pieces are for you.
