The 2020 tree planting season was a remarkable success story with over 300 million trees planted during the COVID-19 pandemic. This collaborative partnership of the public sector, communities and the private sector puts people first, supports lasting and meaningful reconciliation through building trust and relationships and supports environmental sustainability and a strong economy that fights climate change.
