My brand new 2025 KTM 350XCF Factory Edition (Thanks Wally at KTM Wheelsports) vs my 2025 CRF250R Works Edition (Thanks Honda Marysville Motorsports!) back to back on a woods loop. These bikes are both stock. Using the Connectivity Unit Offroad I did dial back the throttle response and power on the 350 Factory Edition. 250F vs 350F - which is better?

25 CRF250R Works Edition Lap Time: 2:47.5
Responsive power, super agile, lightweight, and FUN!!!

25 350XCF Factory Edition Lap TIme: 2:43.9
Austrian 350's are such a great combination of Power/weight/handling.

350XCF Factory Edition wins the laptime comparison and also takes more energy and effort to go faster. The CRF250WE more fun to ride in the woods. Both great bikes!
