Creamy chicory

A fantastic and classic combination of bitter chicory leaves, tangy Roquefort cheese, sweet pomegranate and nutty pine nuts.

Ingredients:
1 chicory
1/4 cup Greek yoghurt
50 gr Roquefort cheese
1 tbsp pine nuts
1/2 cup pomegranate
A drizzle of olive oil
