Gårdatunneln med sina 2163 meter öppnade1966 och var Sveriges längsta järnvägstunnel i många år. Tunneln ligger på Västkustbanan. Precis efter tunneln i norrgående riktning, kan tåg köra vänster-väster mot Göteborg Centralstation eller höger-öster mot Västra Stambanan österut. Lisebergs Station byggdes till 1993 i mitten av tunneln med plattformar på båda sidorna och utgång mot Svenska Mässan, Hotel Gothia, Korsvägen, och Lisebergs huvudentre.
Videon filmades 14e och 17e december 2021, och 2e januari 2022. Precis som (nästan) alla mina videor filmades denna i 4k60 så den ser bättre ut på en 4k monitor eller TV och i sextio bilder per sekund.

At 2163 meters long, Gårdatunneln was opened in 1966 and was Sweden's longest railroad tunnel for many years. It is located on Västkustbanan (The west coast line). Liseberg Station, about in the middle of the tunnel with platforms on both sides of the track, close to the entrance of the eponymous amusement park, opened in 1993.
Emerging from the north end of the tunnel, where this was filmed, trains can veer left toward Göteborg C. or right toward Västra Stambanan.
Shot on December 14th and 17th 2021 and January 2nd, 2022.
