15. Leadership Skills - being able to lead (at the top as well as right throughout the company)
16. Brand of YOU and Networking - building and maintain your reputation
17. Time management - becoming more effective in how we work
18. Curiosity & continuous learning - making sure we continue to learn and have a growth mindset
19. Embracing and celebrating change -being able to accept and manage change
20. Looking after yourself - finding a good work-life balance, and looking after your physical and mental health.
