The Gaggan lab experience is unlike any other restaurant meal in the world. In 2,5 hours, you are bombarded with flavors and impressions, represented by 25 emojis that make out the menu. Some of the symbols make sense, others will surprise you. Chef Gaggan Anand has been richly rewarded for his progressive Indian fine dining concept. For the last four consecutive years, in 2015, 2016, 2017, and 2018, Gaggan was voted Asia's Best Restaurant. This year, they got the 5th place on the World's 50 Best-list, and, in 2017, the restaurant was awarded two Michelin-stars by the French culinary Bible.
