Residents of Komani in the Eastern Cape have shutdown the town due to Prolonged Power outages. They also lament the negligence and non-maintenance of municipal power supplies. The ailing infrastructure of the municipality has not been maintained for three decades service delivery, schooling and businesses have been affected. Residents have since called for the dissolution of the troubled Enoch Mgijima Local Municipality. Abongile Jantjies and video journalist Vuyokazi Funani report.
