Residents of Komani in the Eastern Cape have shutdown the town due to Prolonged Power outages. They also lament the negligence and non-maintenance of municipal power supplies. The ailing infrastructure of the municipality has not been maintained for three decades service delivery, schooling and businesses have been affected.
