Notting Hill Gate is a tube station on the Central, Circle and District lines.
The station opened on October 1, 1868 (Circle and District platforms), the Central line platforms opened on July 30, 1900.
The station entrance was rebuilt in the late 1950s and reopened in March 1959, linking the two separate stations which had previously been accessed on either side of the street.
