Meetings are being held in person but with limited attendance allowed in the Council chambers to allow for social-distancing. Those wishing to address the Council may do so in person, but please email or call Town Clerk Kimberly Moffett by NOON on the day of the meeting so that your attendance can be accommodated: KMoffett@TownofClaytonNC.org - 919-553-5002.
If you do not wish to attend in person, but would still like to share a comment with the Council, please forward your comments to the Town Clerk by no later than NOON the day of the meeting. Please include your name and address and your comments will be read into the record. kmoffett@TownofClaytonNC.org.
· ALL persons attending must wear a mask.
· We will be following proper social distancing at all times.
· We will have a separate entrance and exit doors. The entrance will be the main door to Town Hall/The Clayton Center on Horne Street.
Exit will be rear door of the Council chambers.
· Any member of the public attending will be asked to wait in the lobby until item they wish to address is ready for discussion.
· The lobby will have seating and a monitor to watch and listen to the Council meeting LIVE. Chairs will be at least 6’ from each other.
· Hand sanitizer will be available, both in the lobby and council chambers.
· the lectern will be sanitized after each speaker.
*Masks may be lowered when speaking.
