T𝗿𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝗼𝗳𝗳 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗹 𝟲𝗮𝗺. Keep baby's room DARK, and treat this waking as if it's just another night waking. (If you have my class, The ABCs of Sleep, keep following the plan!)
𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗻, 𝗮𝗶𝗺 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮 𝗙𝗨𝗟𝗟 𝘄𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗼𝘄. For babies taking 2 or more naps, the first wake window of the day is usually the shortest. Gradually "stretch" baby's wake window by keeping your baby up for 10-15 minutes longer each day.

Remember: some mornings are going to be more difficult than others. It will take time, but as that first nap of the day gradually gets pushed later, the rest of the day will naturally follow, and you'll see that early morning waking begin to resolve!
