Rabbi B retells an old legend of two brothers, whose love for each other inspires a king to build his great palace. Whether the story is true, or about the Beit Hamikdash, is debated but the lesson is strong. When we care for each other, this inspires others, including Hashem, to act in the same way. Hashem would only build his 'home' where people love and care for each other.
