City leaders met in a closed session Monday morning to discuss leasing negotiations for the proposed 1,000 bed homeless shelter at the corner of Kettner and Vine in Midtown. The proposal failed a city council vote in July, and it appears negotiations are resuming again for another plan. The details of that plan are still under wraps. During a closed session, the public or media were not allowed inside. Zara Barker reports.
