FIAT DUCATO | AIRBAG FAULT |SNAP ON | CRASHDATA | FIX

Turning the engine over in our FIAT DUCATO Motorhome after a couple of months after the Xmas period 2020 a AIRBAG FAULT appeared on the dash and wouldn't come off. I tried scanning with a SNAP ON OBD reader and it found the codes but they wouldn't clear. After searching the internet I found that this was a common fault with the FIAT DUCATO where there could of possibly been a voltage drop in the vehicles batteries. It was either replace the unit at a cost of nearly £260 or to have the unit recoded at £72. We sent the module off to CRASHDATA in Liverpool and with a turn around of two days, the unit was reinstalled and working normally.

We are Kev & Yvonne and 3 Shih Tzu's, Charlie, Dolly & Delilah we first started our travels in a converted VW T6 that we brought from new as a panel van. After one year of travelling around we decided we need to find something that was more comfortable and less strenuous to set up.

That's when we fell in love with the Knaus Motorhome.

We travel around the country and more recently Europe in our Motorhome with our three Shih Tzu’s taking wildlife photography and flying our drone for aerial photography and love to share it with a wider audience. We would like to take further steps and start doing commentary about the things that we see on our travels as our channel grows.
